I book paid shows and writer showcases for artists. Depending on your exact goals and your location, guarantees can vary. Types of shows vary from cover charges, guarantees, tips only, and ticketed. We will chat before bringing you on board about your ideal compensation and if your expectations align with the current connections I have in various markets. I will not take on an artist if I cannot achieve the results you are aiming for. 

You can submit an EPK/Music Links and your rates for acoustic, duo, trio, and full band shows. If I feel it's a fit, I will set up a call to make sure you feel totally comfortable before moving forward. 

Jayebird Bookings works with live instrument-driven artists and bands within the roots, rock, indie, and soul ecosystem (Country, Folk, Americana, Singer-songwriter, Rock, Blues, Bluegrass, R&B, Soul, Jazz, Funk, etc.). We are not currently seeking DJ, electronic, or dance music projects. 18+ only. Jayebird Bookings works primarily with artists who are already authorized to perform in the United States. We are not able to assist with visa-dependent touring or immigration sponsorship. Artists must already have U.S. citizenship or valid U.S. work authorization prior to beginning a booking relationship.

As a boutique agency, Jayebird primarily operates on a retainer basis. This covers the hours spent on outreach, communication, routing, and negotiating with venues. Under this model, I take no percentage of the shows I book for you..

After discussing expectations, artists review and sign an agreement outlining the monthly fee and details of the working relationship. Agreements are non-exclusive and month-to-month, making Jayebird a great option for artists who want support without being locked into long-term contracts.

Because the model renews monthly, I operate under the pressure of delivering results every single month in order to keep artists happy and continuing the partnership.

In select cases, Jayebird may work under a traditional commission-based structure for artists already performing at a higher touring level. These arrangements are rare and considered on a case-by-case basis, and are typically reserved for established acts playing larger venues with existing momentum.

Jayebird works best with artists who are actively investing in their growth and ready to pursue live opportunities seriously.
